Hey guys, I have been working out for about 5 yrs now.. Im 5'9 175lbs, I plan on working out and getting on a strict diet a month or two before i start the cycle, I want to drop a lot of BF% But i also want to Gain 20-30lbs, Is it possible to do both at the same time? and if so what would be good combination, And also If anyone knows some good posts in the diet nutrition that you can recommend for me please do so!!

i would go with just a basic Test for your first cycle like a test E .. its a good first cycle and will give you some good gains.. look around 500mg ew thats just my opinion doesnt mean its right though
try to lose as much BF before starting..then do a cycle of test e or c, 500 mg/week for 10-12 weeks..shoot 250mg every 3.5 days...check out the "how to bulk" thread and you should be able to put on at least 20 lbs of muscle w a good diet/training routine..you familiar w nolva and pct???
cutting and bulking at the same time is very difficult to do. Do one or the other. Test e for 10-12 weeks w/ solid PCT is a great first cycle
u should be on a strict diet now, get all of your natural gains u can before u juice, no point in juicing at 175 getting to 195, when u could get to 190 and get to 215-220

im a lil familiar with PCT, I been doing a lot of research on it, doing a beginners cycle how much PCT should i do? do i need both Nolva and clomid? or anything else besides that?
Well i Didnt really want to get that big, But like always when you reach a desired weight you want to be bigger, So I will do what i can to gain as much before i start a cycle
So you think i Should do a test ONLY cycle? no deca or eq or whatever?
yes, a test only cycle will give you great results
