Hey guys, I have been working out for about 5 yrs now.. Im 5'9 175lbs, I plan on working out and getting on a strict diet a month or two before i start the cycle, I want to drop a lot of BF% But i also want to Gain 20-30lbs, Is it possible to do both at the same time? and if so what would be good combination, And also If anyone knows some good posts in the diet nutrition that you can recommend for me please do so!!
