Hows my second cycle look

Age 22, 6'-4", Weight 235lbs at 9%BF, no water retention.
First cycle a few months ago it ended consisted of test at 500mg/wk and eq at 400mg/week for 12weeks. It went pretty good.

For my second I'm thinking like so...

Test E 1000mg week 1
Test E 500mg week 2-7
Test E 250mg week 8-12 (lower because i'll be doing tren at same time)
EQ 500mg week 1-7
Tren A EOD 75mg week 8-14 (I know this is a little weaker dosage for EOD)
PCT 14-17

I'm also thinking of adding Primo E at 400mg/wk for weeks 7-12 to go along with the test and tren. Or I might do winny for week 8-14 with tren. But most likely primo since I'll be shooting tren EOD and I don't wanna shoot ED.

Also Anyone see any problem if I run Anavar week 1-14 or maybe 1-12? Or would I be too overkill already? Any real benefits adding var?

eq doesnt kick in till around 8-10 weeks

bump...you have to run Eq at least 14 weeks for it to be effective or your just throughing your money away. keep it simple. also you shouldnt be bumping it up to 1 gram of test a week thats overkill especially for your 2nd cycle. let your body grow with lower dosages before you jump into that amount. i think others will tell you the same maybe run the test at 600 or 750mg a wk. test, tren, Eq, and var would be a good cycle. how much var a week???

He is frontloading the test. Read again it says 2-7 500mg.

I agree you cant run the EQ for that short of a time. I would run it for at least 13 and frontload it..and then run test for 14

why are you lowering the test because you are doin tren mate?you need to keep the test higher than the other compounds !keep the test at 500mg.

OK heres the revised plan.

Test E 1000mg week 1 (frontload enanthate)
Test E 500mg week 2-12
EQ 1000mg week 1
EQ 750mg week 2
EQ 500mg week 3-12
Tren A EOD 75mg week 8-14 (I know this is a little weaker dosage for EOD)
PCT 14-17

I was thinking that I'll be overkilling my system with 500mg test with tren added in, too much androgens. But I guess I can see how I feel. A slight front load pyramid for eq since you say its best to run 14 weeks but I wanna keep this cycle to 12weeks.

I'll skip and save the primo for anotehr cycle. Anyone disadvise taking var for 12weeks at 40mgED?

Weeks 1-13 Test Enth 500mg
Weeks 1-12 Equipose 400-500mg
Weeks 7-15 Tren Ace 50mg ED (100mg EOD)

PCT
16-19

Remember Tren has progesteronic avtivity

Make sure you use something to combat that during you cycle
Along with your Liquidex or Letro - whichever you decide to use

Planning on 10mg Nolva ED throughout cycle.
Vit B-6 at 200mgED also.

I'll keep some letro around in case also.

For what it's worth
I would not use Nolvadex with Tren (or Deca for that matter)
Nolvadex actually increases the number of progesterone receptors

Progesterone won't do you any harm on it's own
It needs to be in the presence of Estrogen for anything to happen

You are taking Test during your cycle
Some of this will aromatise into Estrogen

You will now have Estrogen in your system from the aromatised Test, and Progesteronic activity from the Tren, as well as an increased number of Progesterone receptors from the Nolvadex

If you were to use Liquidex or Letro instead of Nolvadex your Test will not aromatise

Since the Liquidex or Letro will stop there from being any Estrogen present it doesn't matter if there is Progesteronic activity from the Tren (as there is no Estrogen present) but i would still recommend the use of Vitamin B6 (better safe than sorry)

Another reason to use Liquidex or Letro over Nolvadex:
Nolvadex does not stop aromatisation, some Test will become Estrogen
This means less Test in your system for muscle building

Liquidex and Letro do stop aromatisation
The amount of Test injected is the amount availale for muscle building

here's what i would do:

1-13 500mg test e
1-12 4-500 mg Eq
1-8 50 mg tren ed

PCT 15-18

the reason for running the tren for the first 8 instead of the last 8 is b/c it will kick in quicker than the test and Eq and it will make recovery easier than running it all the way up to PCT. Plus when youre done with the tren, the test and Eq should be working quite well by then too. No need to mess around with changing the doses. Keep it simple is always the best way to go since its your only cycle. Keeping the dose constant will reduce side effects too

I'll be taking Letro ED during this cycle and during pct now :)

I'll consider taking the tren at the beginning of the cycle instead, but I wanted it at the end because I could take it during the 2 weeks EQ and test E are dropping out of my system before pct.

Use Letro @ 0.75-1.25mg EOD during cycle

Use Nolvadex @ 20mg ED and Clomid @ 100mg ED for PCT

It's ok to use Nolvadex during PCT as the Tren will be out of your system

Some people say you should taper off the Letro to avoid an Estrogen rebound
This is incorrect

This is how to avoid an Estrogen rebound:
Run the Letro until the end of your cycle and right up until PCT
Start taking Nolvadex @ 20mg ED (you should overlap the Nolvadex and Letro by 3 days)
3 days into your Nolvadex usage you should stop taking the Letro
This is also the time you begin taking Clomid @ 100mg ED

Do not overlap the Letro and Clomid they don't work well together

Letro up until PCT
Overlap it with Nolvadex for 3 days
Stop taking Letro
Start taking Clomid
Finish taking Nolvadex and Clomid at the same time

if you want to take something during the time the test and Eq are coming out of your system, take some prop instead. It'll help with recovery too since you only have to wait 3 days after last shot of prop to start PCT. I know lots of folks that do this. Taking tren right up to PCT will make recovery quite harsh too

I'd run HCG for two weeks not one

Normally i'd think about using it mid cycle
But i think you are right to use it at the end

Your cycle is not very long and you'll want something near the end due to the Tren

Use HCG weeks 14-15

When you going to be using the Anavar?

That looks a lot better than the first one. I would run the var the last 8 weeks. You are kind of hitting the minimums in terms of how long to run each compound. You should run EQ for a min of 12 and Tren for a min of 8. You might see more/better results if you extend a couple of weeks. Then again, you don't want to go overboard on your second cycle. What dose and how often on the HCG? Good luck.

anavar last 8 weeks like 8-man said.
As far as HCG I was planning on just 1 week based on the 500mg Ed for two days, then 2 days off and another two days of 500mg ED.

That or I could do the overkill method and 2500mg twice for the week.

Difficult to give advice on HCG

I've been researching it alot just lately
There is nothing set in stone about how it should be used

Best bit of advice i can give you is search and read as much as you can on it
PCT forum has some good info
Then make your own decisions on it's administration

I would suggest you use test,deca,dbol and get more size then use tren at a later date in order to get more lean mass - but at the moment as this is you second cycle I suggest more MASS!
