ok, im taking nolva 10mg everyday, i was just wondering when i should take it, in the morning on a empty belly, or after i eat. thanks.

I take it with food. Recently read that you should avoid taking with milk.

Nolva has a long halflife therefore timing is less critical.

I do not know if there is any merit to the milk thing. perhaps someone else has some info.
