I posted earlier that i was always extremely hungry 20 mins after eating. I was reading some about T-4 and its suppose to be taken every 5 to 6 days at a dose of 25mcg's. Well I've been taking 50mcg's everyday for about a week now. Grocery bill is going to be high this month. :aaGreen22

ummm.. I take 1 tab of T4 = 100mcg and barely feel it lol. Maybe I have dosing off I'llcheck.

On days that you take muliple tabs, divide the tabs evenly across the day (i.e. 100 mcgs. would be 4 doses of 25 mcgs. apiece spread evenly across the day.)
You also need to make sure that you cycle down off this product as well to keep the thyroid functioning properly as well. Don't take for more than 5 weeks at a time as well. After doing a cycle of this drug, make sure you go at least 8 weeks before doing it again as to allow normal thyroid functioning to return.
it says to up the does every 5-6 days not to take it every 5-6days strat at 25mcg then 5-6 days later up it by 25mcg then 5-6 days later up it 25mcg again and so on i think thats ok for a 1st timer but you could ramp it up faster but tapper down very slow
