Nothing too considerable. You need to combine it with cardio and very clean diet then you'll see a decent drop in bf. I would personally run clen higher myself at 160mcg.

You might notice a little if you combine it with a clean diet and good cardio. Alot of people start with a low dose and then work their way up to a higher dose because with clen some people cant handle very much of it. Maybe you should do that.
I noticed a drop in bf in 2 weeks but i was doing cardio and eating pretty clean...just remember you need some carbs because clen doesnt work well with a ketogenic diet.
