Question pct and work out routine

A friend of mine said that you should do a little bit easier weight routine while on your pct. is that correct?

I keep my workout intensity and volume the same on cycle or off. Like your self I'm curious as to what others may or may not change.

You may want to give more rest between working each muscle. Stick with heavy sets.

I think it depends on how you were lifting while on your cycle. For instance, at the end of my last cycle I was lifting at 90-95% of my 1RM. Obviously my 1RM was way up while using so I couldn't maintain that same level of intensity when I was off. I still lifted at 90-95% of my 1RM, but since my 1RM dropped slightly, so did my intensity. Make sense?

Keep it intense cuz thats where it counts on keeping your gains (also diet). When on pct, people tend to slack off due to low levels of test. That's why it is so important to train hard through it until natural test levels are back.

What works for me is keeping the weight/reps up but cutting back on my total sets. Everyone is different, you could also think of adding some clen during PCT.

I lift heavy but reduce the intensity of the sessions (more rest/ less repetitions) for fear of a catabolic backlash. Seems to work for me.

So don't take any weight off and try to keep the intensity somewhere around the same maybe a little less, and rest alot more between reps. that sounds like it would make a lot more sense than what I had heard.

    thanx everyone.
