Test + Dbol - 2nd cycle check over!!

Can u take a look over and see everything is 100%.[COLOR=Blue] Questions are in blue!! [/COLOR]

Weeks 1-3 –Dbol (30mg ed). Split 10mg With Breakfast, lunch & supper

• Is this correct to split the doses like this and take them with food to prevent stomach upset??
• Also would u extent it to 4 weeks or would 3 weeks suffice??

Weeks 1-8 - Test E @ 250mg every Monday and Thursday

PCT - 14 days after last shot

Day 1– 100mg Clomid + 60mg Nolva
Days 2-4 - 100mg Clomid + 40mg Nolva
Days 4-11 - 50mg Clomid + 40mg Nolva
Days 12-21 - 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

Days 1-14 – Clen

• Milk thistle @ 1000mg ed while on cycle + ALA

• Nolva on hand throughout in case of gyno

• Eating bout 4000cal ed. Weights 5 x a week ( 1 bodypart per week). Cardio 3 x a week @ 20mins to keep fat of a bit!

What u think? Everything ok? Any suggestions?

seems good, why didn't you run test for 10-12 weeks? Test E kicks in usually at the 4 week mark.

You should run Test E minimum of 12 weeks.
And yes u can and u should be splitting the D-bol doses through out the day, cause the half life is about 4 hrs only.

looks good but i would bump it up to 12 weeks...also run the dbol for 4 weeks imo.

Exactly what I was gonna say. You dont have to do it 12 weeks, but I would at least go with 10. D-bol def. 4 weeks.

First, this is quite easily the best cycle post I have ever seen in terms of formatting. Very easy to read and give you feedback. Much better than the people who post run-on sentences and put everything in one gigantic paragraph, so props on that.

As for your questions, I would run the dbol for 4 weeks and yes, split up the doses. I would also run the test e longer if you can but you should still get good results from 8 weeks if that is all you can do.

Is that clen for the first 14 days of PCT? Good idea, I might have to try that. Cycle looks great, from the advice I am bumping my mext test e cycle to 12 from 10 weeks.

If i ever run Dbol again i would actually do it at a min. of 5 weeks.

Do u think it it necessary to run nolva & 10mg ed? On test e alone i didnt get gyno but with the dbol do u think it will be worth adding? Many say yes and many so no dont run it unless needed!!

your cycle looks great. but you will need to take the test a little longer. you should run min 10 weeks 12 would be better. the test takes 3-4 weeks to get in your system fully.
