how long cylcle off?

I ran a 2 month cycle of sust and winstrol , followed with clomid. I want to run my next cycle of omnadren and winstrol as soon as suggested, my last cycle ended on June 27, when is it suggested to begin another? I have also been taking over the counter 6OXO for the last week.

time on+pct = time off is the general rule of thumb.but if you really wanna see were you at recovery wise you will need to do bloodwork.
