Significant benefits from Carnitine?
Can anyone validate L-carn's fat mobilizing claims? If so, describe your results, list amount and duration and was it liquid or tabs?

I posted a thread a while ago about a thermogenic i made up using bulk powders:
green tea extract
For me, this worked MUCH better than clen . I stayed at the same body weight but dropped bf significantly. I was using this stack along with cardio 5 days per week in order to reduce bf and prepare for my cycle this comming monday.
Alcar or acetycl-l-cartine is very effective, but the combo I listed is much better in my experience with them
