Im doing a T3/clen cycle to get cut up
right now im at 219lbs at 10% bodyfat but id like to be around 6% bodyfat, my diet is mainly just high protein, moderate carbs "no sugar", and low fats

Ive got my clen doseages down
day1:20mcg
day2:40mcg
day3:60mcg
day4:80mcg
day5:80mcg
day6-12:100mcg
day13:80mcg
day14:60mcg
day15-28: ECA stack
repeat first two weeks!

but can anyone give me advice on a good way to run the T3
