its okay, in fact i hear alot of people do to help with gains
i take it during pct. It helps keep me motivated. I also think it helps me maintain a lot of the strength.
Clen. wouldd do u a much better job, and reduces the Catabolic effect after discontinuing Steroid therapy.
It help maintain the my muscle and keep my weight up that I just gained while I am on pct. I don't want to lose what I just worked for. :rolleyes:Quote:

Ive only done 1 cycle so i dont know how qualified i am to comment but from my own experience i gained close to 30 pounds and didnt lose 1 pound of it, i started taking creatine post cycle and i think it gave the energy i needed and definetly kept my weight up with the water.....I would say after pputting the shit into your body that you have a little creatine isnt gonna hurt.
