So Ive been reading about b12 and have found some really good threads on it... but I also heard that you can get enough b12 if you just eat a lot of red meat. So would b12 be mostly beneficial for just those who dont eat a lot of meat?

Well, it would be more beneficial for those that do not eat red meat(vegans). But, it can still be benificial for everyone else too... Protein and creatine are in red meat too so they would be very benificial for vegitarians as well.
