    Is doing a test cycle at 500mg a week good?

    yea, thats tha usual first cycle for most people, 10-12 weeks

    From what i think a good one would be is running clomid, trainnig hard and eating properly, anything else?

    Run clomid AND nolva(20mg/ED) in PCT. Training hard and eating properly is throughout your cycle AND PCT. Like it was mentioned earlier, check the PCT forum the one by Pheedno. Good stuff
