depends what your goal is. if you're looking to compete in the Olympia someday then no. but if you're lookin to gain 20-30# and be ripped in the next year or so w/out AS then the answer is yes. discipline, strict diet, intense training. its mind over matter.
I fell out of the good gene tree and hit every branch on the way down! Without steroids I'd be 20-30 pounds lighter.

I sure as hell don't. Yeah there are some genetic freaks, but most guys aren't. More successfull linebackers have used then haven't, I would say.
being "around" D1 college ball, and having a few buddies in the league, I will have to agree with you.
THere are certain positions which it is more common. THe most rampant use being from inebackers. They need to be fast enough to cover recievers, big enough to get through the O-line, and angry enough to want to kill every single player on the other team. Most of them are jacked and juiced.

and most of them are ready and willing to do what ever it takes to give them an egde over the next person especially when it could make the difference in going pro!

I think its possible but it will take you a long time to achieve those goals

5%bf is how much weight? I'm thinking I need to put on 30 pounds of muscle, and drop 40 pounds of fat?
Im not sure how much each eprcentage represents. But i dont thinks is impossible
I have never done the juice and have been trying all natural to get cut, but all that seems to happen is I lose fat and muscle. I've used clen and eca, but right now I am 185 11% bf.. Maybe it's the way I train not sure, but i think the only way I could get ripped and hard is by using gear. Just my .02
