    before and after pics

    Is there any way to reduce the size of the picture so I can post them on here. all of my pictures take up to much space and they wont let me upload them. I dont have any means of taking new pictures at this time.

    Use Adobe photoshop. Open up your image in file and then click on Image and then Image Size. Adjust it to 150 pixels for width and height will adjust accordingly. This should do it.

    Also make sure to "save for web", thats way you compress the image.
