Steroids don't actually shrink your nuts. They can become atrophied due to the fact that your testes are not being called upon to produce testosterone . Your body is doing this shrinking on its own as a natural physiological reaction. Yes steroids are responsible for this reaction but they aren't actually doing any shrinking.

Your precious penis does not have anything to do with the actual production of testosterone and therefore it won't atrophy and it's size will not be affected by an artificial influx or extraneous testosterone.
