    I think this been said 100times already guys please specially newbies before you ask your question please do 1 thing take time from your life just seconds before posting your question & type your status (age/highet/weight) & cycle experince so we can give a good advice becuase am sick & tired of asking this question everytime someone ask about "what do you think about my cycle" etc help us to help you.
