    am I allergic to prop?

Geez my prop shots hurt. Everything feels great going in and out; the poking and administering is smooth. But then, 12 hours later, I can barely move that muscle. Does this kind of pain get better as a cycle progresses or is it the same throughout? I doubt I'll be able to work that muscle out for 3 days. One more question . . . is it a good idea to rub/stretch/use the muscle in pain (ie work through the pain), or is it a better idea to leave it alone and let it come around?

no, not sick with the pain. What's QV? and do you guys all must work through the pain. I'd rather just do that as long as I'll not be hurting myself further.

So what kind of prop are you using? I am on my third week and can feel your pain. Everything is fine until the next day. I am doing delts and glutes right now.

True story, I did my second delt shot ever with my Prop. The next day I am playing around with my son who is 6 and he hits me as hard as he can right in the shoulder. I have taught him how to punch and he packs a mean one but he is 6. Anyway, after he hits me I drop to the ground in pain. Real freaking pain. I was holding back tears. It took some 10 minutes to get over it. Needless to say, play time was over and he was a very proud 6 year old.

I guess I am just going to try to endure the pain for 12 weeks. My muscle, particularly delts, get sore and swollen. The muscle is hard as a rock for a few days too. Not sure if this is from the oil or what.

what do you mean what kind of prop is it? do you want brand name? is it cool to spout that on here, or which pharmacy I got it from? I know it's legit though because my buddy just used the same stuff and saw definite results. Still wondering though, do you train through the pain or try to shoot in a way that muscles get a few days between shot and workout?

Just what brand of Prop are you using. We do not need to know where or whom you got it from. Different brands of prop seem to have different degrees of pain. That is why we ask.

Ukranian Farmak prop is supposed to be the least painful prop around. It's best to be shot into the delts rather than the glutes and warm the oil up a little. Some bros do some push ups or light dumbell work after they take the shot to get some blood flowing into the area. They believe this helps minimize some of the delayed onset pain.

Yeah, props hurts but it's a great short esther. It seems you get use to it eventually then you love it. A little pain is ok, it let's you know it's real at least. But I know the pain in your glute and it's hard to even to sit on that side. Almost looks like you were involved in gang bang and you weren't the gang. I found the best thing to do is to just work that area even though it hurts like a bee sting. It seems to help a lot for me.
