Does benadryl really work in cleaning your receptors while on ECA stack ? I've done the ECA stack for three weeks and on my third week i took 25mg of benadryl before bed, for a week, i havent noticed any changes, and the ECA seems to continue waring off each time, would it be wise to perhaps take a week off ?
Benadryl works with clen. I don't know about ECA but I'll bump this question for U.
I thought benny was good for clearing all receptor sites? I'm still learning about that....
since ephedrine targets beta-2 recpetors it sounds like a good idea..couldnt hurt just follow the same protocol used for clen
adding 50-100mg every3rd week for that week b4 bed

how would you take caffine for an ECA stack? pills or coffee? how much? aprin would be something like BEYAR? thanx fort the help

So Far i've been runnin the stack for 3 weeks this will be my fourth, took benadryl before bed last week, i am not too sure as to how long i'm supposed to continue with this stack, why is their a set time as to how long you can take it ?
You can run ECA for a couple of months if you like, no probs. Watch for dehydration, heat exhaustion or heatstroke, etc. This, as well as clen, is better to run in the cooler months, especially if you do hard physical labor in a hot environment.
