got bad bacne, just got my b5 pwder. gonna start with 10g ed. how do you take it? in your protein shake or?

i cant vouche for the powder form, but for the pills... take em split throughout the day. if you take 10g of b5 all at once you'll have some nasty stomache problems. i guess you could take 2g or 3g with each protien shake you have during the day.

thats my plan. i used an antibiotic b4 but it made me get bad sunburns so i will try this. how is it working 4 u?

its working great. ive been on 10g for about 2 weeks now. my face cleared up in a week and my back, chest, and shoulders have cleared up considerably since then. my face never gets that oily complexion anymore.

you can get 1000mg b-5 at the vitamin shop.

many don't know what b5 is. often you can only find it by; pantothenic acid or d-calcium pantothenate. also there was a thread a few days ago with great online b5 sources (search b5)
