Im am 6'3 210 and about 6%bf. my last cycle was 1-12 750mg Test E , 600mg Deca, and clomid Pct. Im very lean and i have a hard time putting on weight and size. I want to weigh at least 225. I was wondering what i can run to get the size i want.

it s all about the diet...how much calories do u consume per day? how much protein?
test with tren would be a nice cycle.

if this is going to be your 5 cycle i would run tren for sure. this is somthing that i would run.
1-4 drol 50mg day
1-15 test prop 100mg day
1-10 tren 75mg dad
10-15 var 60mg day
The cycle you ran should have made you big as a house. Deca, however, relies on a high calorie surplus to pack on the mass. You were not eating enough, I am thinking.

I agree, you can use whatever gear you want at whatever dose, but if you don't eat, you're not going to gain weight. Most people that are in your situation, say they eat like a horse, but if you eat like one you should look like one:DQuote:
