    D-Bol split or all at once

    Im taking 35mg of dbol with test should i take all pills at once or 3 in the morning and 4 8 hours later

    I always take dbol pre-workout only on days I workout. IMO this works best for me. I've tried it both ways splitting it up over the course of the day, but didn't see a dramatic difference.

    that causes some roller coaster hormone levels, its better to take it for a 4-6wk period ED

    Makes no difference dude. With pre-workout I feel I get better pump and intensity in my workouts. This topic is debatable. Just see what works best for you. People have success doing both.

    it makes a dif keeping ur blood hormonal levels even, i like to keep mine stable but if it works for u thats good, i personally wont be using dbol ever again lol, didnt think it was worth it even tho its cheap as shit

    I know quite a few that use dbol 5on/2off (the two days off being their "off"days from working out) and it seems to work well. Personally, I have not tried it, but it is true that people respond differently, plus doses can be adjusted, etc..

    Yes, you are right with keeping blood levels stable by taking it ED, but since I usually keep my dbol doses 30 mg and under I can run it longer and unstable blood levels really hasn't helped nor hurt my gains with dbol when taking it only on training days. I have also tried pyramiding it by taking 10 mg on non-workout days, but haven't noticed anything. When combined with injectables, I feel my blood levels are being leveled by the injectable. So if you're running a dbol only cycle, then yes ED would be wise without the balance of the injectable. Whatever tickles your pickle man

    Dbol is the breakfast of champions bruh. What other drug can you gain 10 pounds, increase your bench press by 25 or more, and get awesomely sick pumps that hurt so much you have to end your workout in less then 2 weeks

    i take 2 in the am, 1 at around midday, then 2 about 2hrs before gym. works for me.

    same here mate,they swear by it and that way your liver gets a rest also!not tried it this way myself,apart from that i agree with the way meso has stated,thats how i use it.

    I'm going to try Meso's style of administration. 50mg all togethter on w/o days (1 hour before w/o), then split on non w/o days. Never tried it like this.....
