How to get rid of water-retention (bloated face)?

I just got off of this Dbol and on week 6 of this test.

My cycle is
Test E 500mg wk 1-10
Dbol 40mg ed wk 1-4
Nolva
PCT

I am tired of my fuken face its bloated and does not look pretty right now...

I am starting my cardio tomorrow and going to try and have more water during the day.

What else is out their that i could use? Even before i started this cycle i had a bad bloat from the Creatine and i got off the Creatine and my face was coming back then i hit this cycle.

Never heard of that before. Don't see how that would help...
I would use some letro which would get the bloat down for sure. The facial bloat from D-bol i find usually takes a couple weeks to disappear as well.

Yea bro it is not a pretty site when you have a pretty good body but a bloated face...

You can also try XPEL by MHP, btw its an otc duiretic, you'll drop all the extra water you have in a day or two, if your looking for a quick fix.

I would suggest getting on letro as well. That's the strongest anti-estrogen available at the moment. I've been on it for over 6 weeks and haven't experienced any sides except for loss of sex drive. Only problem is that it'll take a good week or two to start working so start asap and give it some time.

I would try 3 days on, 3 days off with a diuretic. I haven't heard of the one previously mentioned, but one that I know works well is taraxatone. (also otc).....good luck

beleive letro is an AI, not an anti-e, but loss of sex drive is most likely one of tha reasons people use armidex

Yeah, letro is a good choice.....You should really run with nolva thru all of your bulking cycles that have a high amount of aromatizing androgens, you're a water balloon. So am I, I know the puffy look real well. I suppose you could use V or C for sexual sides if you get any from letro? Letro will basically block all estrogen. Don't worry about losing weight and think it's muscle when it's just water. Do your proper PCT with clomid and I recommend you start HCG 2-3 weeks before your last shot. Only run HCG to the end of your AAS cycle then go with clomid. Start letro now and you should lose that water in a week or 2 max. Remember that HCG is going to increase estrogen levels too along with clomid. So make sure to use letro or nolva. That water was good for bulking but it's done it's job so let it go.

Drink 2 gallons of water a day and do 30 mins of cardio. Don't get tied up in the water gain that is surrounding your muscles. Strive for vascularity and hardness now and screw the tape measure. Most people look at you as fat when your wearing clothes with a bloated face. Especially in business clothes.

Bloats from the dbol in a few weeks it should get better unless you bloat a lot from the enanthate . LOL

letro should work fine at 1.25mg EOD. You might experience loss of a sex drive, but it still worth it in my book. I seem to still be able to get it up enough to satisify myself
