Gains will be easier to keep at 600mg a week for a longer duration right?
Do i have to split the 600 into 2 shots, will i get better gains or does it just cut down on the side effects...

is this your first cycle? if so u dont really need 600mg/wk, 400-500 is fine, 10-12 weeks
u should be able to keep 90-100% of cycle gains, people who say u cant keep them dont kno what pct is
Twice a week just helps to cut down on sides.

cycle 1 test 500mg 10wks
cycle 2 test 750mg 10wks tren 100mg ed 6 wks
what pct would u recommeded for my cycle
u dont necessarily have to bump dosages up every cycle, but nolva, or nolva/clomid pct, look in tha pct forum at pheedno's pct
