milk thistle dose? anyone?

Hey bros.
I wasn't sure to put this in the PCT forum or here so I will try here. mods, if it needs to be moved; go ahead.

I finished my cycle about 3 weeks ago. PCT is going nicely - I have been doing some reading on milk thistle and its ability to lower liver enzymes down a little more quickly. I bought a bottle last night. one capsule = 200 mg.

Does anyone know how much is recomended to take per day and for how long? thanks!

I take 1000mg a day. Run it as long as you are using anything toxic to the liver. I don't think there is any time limit on how long you can run it.

technically, right now I am not using anything toxic to the liver. But I was for about 15 weeks... came off three weeks ago. so roughly 800-1000 mg per day for about a month should be decent eh?

I run it for as long, or slightly longer, as I run a 17aa....not so much off cycle. I've never had my liver values checked but from the research I have done I believe it does. I also include some Liv52 and ALA as well.

definitely works. my values were at 428 on a 0-40 scale. they thought i had hep c. got it down to 50 in 4 weeks with thistle and another liver support called liverpro.. you can take thistle daily all yr round just low dose when your off cycle for a while. i run 1200mg sometimes if i happen to drink the night before 2k mg.. i dont see it is bad for you regardless..
