Question about steroids and soreness
My friend from last thread is on 225mg of prop ed with 50mg of dbol ed. He is as been on for 6days and gained 3pounds. He now weighs 308. But he told me yesturday that he barly gets sore now and he works very hard at the gym. Works out almost 2hours 6days a week. He is eating 5000calories aday with close to 500grams of protein each day. Does any one else experiance this with taking 1.5+grams of test a week.

I've never taken that much test but I definately notice an increased recovery ability when on cycle. I might get a little sore the next day but by the 2nd day the soreness is gone. When not on cycle I can be sore for 2 or 3 days from an intense workout.

I agree. When I'm cycling I know my recover time is always shorter and I have minimal soreness after an intense workout.

Sure are a lot of post about people's "friends" lately...
It would make sence that the increased protein turnover and cross-over binding to the glucocorticoid receptors would facilitate increased recovery after training. Especially soreness from the microscopic tears caused by training...
But additionally, your body starts to adapt to movements and become more effecient at removing waste products from training alone... keep it switched up and don't overtrain (it will drop the intensity by killing the motivation)...
