Thread: prop gains

At what week do people start noticing prop gains? I am at two and a half weeks @100mg eod. Gonna jump up to 75mg ed though. I have NOT noticed ANY real noticable gains as of yet. Strength is good but nothing real impressive. Oh and I'm running 400mg of EQ split 2x weekly.

You're right on track. 4 weeks in you should really notice things if your diet/training is in check.
