    Arrow cycle critque please. c'mon!!!

    1-13 500mg/week
    1-13 250mg/week
    15-18 clomid for PCT

    I'm not sure if I should order some nolva too. what do you think?
    here's my stats:
    5 years lifting exp
    21 years old
    176lbs 5-11 tall
    3 cycles finished that were 10 weeks each

    what are u using? u just put your dosages down, no compounds

    and why are u only at 176 pounds after 3 cycles?

    I would up the deca to about 400mg a week, and test at about 600mg a week. Run the test 2 weeks longer than the deca.

    id put tha deca at 400mg/wk but u dont sound like u kno what ur doin bro, 3 cycles under ur belt and only at 176 pounds

    i didn't ask if I was at the right weight. I asked if the cycle dosages looked ok.

    man your 5'11" and only weight 176? you need to check your diet big time bro. and you dont want to to deca for as long as you take test. stop using deca a week or two before you stop the test. but u seriously need to check your diet

    Stop Deca at 12 weeks, other than that, it looks ok. up your caloric intake, eat 7 time s a day get plenty of sleep, now dont forget your supps. remember the biggest factor in this pie is your nutrition which consist of around 60%, the gym is about 25%. so make sure you eat.

    jo150 ever wonder why you gain weight while on cycle and then lose it all and then some when you come off? at your height you should be able to hit 190 naturally.. but you gotta eat every once in a while. I would ditch the cycle and learn more about eating, sleeping, and training. In that order.

    Your only 21 and have done 3 cycles? OUCH, Im not even going to go there. But, get your diet in check before you do anything. Once that is in place this is how to run your cycle. You need to definitely bump up the Deca !!!!

    Weeks 1-12 Test 500mg (250mg on Mon, 250mg Thurs.)
    Weeks 1-11 Deca 400mg (same as above, mix them both together)
    Nolva - 10mg ED
    Ldex - .25mg ED
    PCT - 2 weeks after last test injection
