    injection prob...plz help

when i inject i shoot on the more outer part of my quad, rotating left from right leg and i shoot 2x a wk (combo of test e & c). but anyways several days after i inject, the area i injected becomes very sore, to the point where it hurts to bend or rub. its almost like the muscle tightened up. it goes away but i'd prefer if it didnt happen at all. this is my 2nd cycle and i had no problems with this except for my last 3 injections. i'm prolly gonna start shooting in my delt (best/easiest way?). any insight would be much appreciated.

I would shoot in your ass before I headed over to delts IMO. Although both are quite easy to do and shouldn't be too painful especially with test e & c. If you think test e & c hurts, wait til you shoot some prop in your quads

I had that problem after my first couple quad shots...i learned that if i massage or stretch the area after injection it makes a difference. It might work for you

try a 25g.-5/8in. pin for quads, delts, tri"s.and shoot slow&steady youll get used to it after a few times.I shoot every day took my some time till id try diff spots but now it doesnt bother me at all.part of the shower routine.also limit tri, delt, quad shots to 1cc.glutes go for 1-3cc no probs.......

For 2x/week shots, just do glutes. They hold the oil well, and generally ache less than quads from the shots.

There are lots of tricks to lessening the pain. Warm the gear first, always change the pin after drawing and before shooting, massage it in deep after injecting... oh, try a nice hot shower right before you shoot. Heating pad on the site might help. (This might aggravate an infection, though, if that should ever be a problem) Some ibuprovin or even good old aspirin can help, too. Or hit your thumb with a hammer. It will make your injections seem really comfortable compared to your throbbing thumb.

Delts are fun and easy. Everything is in your site. I think it's the painless site of all, but others disagree.
