what causes the pain with prop?

It feels like muscle stiffness, even if you haven't worked that part out. What is causing the pain from the prop? Also, how much damage do you do to your muscles with the needle itslef? There must be some tissue tearing going on.

if my memory serves me well at my great age i do beleive the pain from prop is caused by the lack of esthers in the product which simply means once the oil is absorbed by the body all is left is the powder to break into the muscle causing the pain ..unlike most other test which have longer acting esthers to slowly release and therefore cause less pain

That makes sense! Either way I can only inject into my glutes when using prop but at least no pain.
