yea i'm kinna chicken to inject lol . I had a really bad experience with the nurses lol. Is injecting it by ur self really hard to do ?or is it easy ?

Personally, it is fine. I guess you might be a little nervous the first time, but by the 3rd injection it is old had and your fine. All depends on what you want to run, how often, what dosage, and where you think you want to inject. Search around, there is tons of information around, and we are here to help.

Glutes first. That is the thickest muscle and can hold the oil best. Also relatively painless, and very little chance of hitting a vein or a nerve. After you master glutes, try quads. They are easy because you can see them and reach them well. After you get the hang of quads, go for delts and pecs, then maybe biceps and triceps.
