Well as you already know, 12 weeks of 17aa orals is a hella long time.
Var is not as harsh as winny but It's still risky.
I would either incorporate one or the other in assisting with the prop. Both of those orals are used for rather the same purpose in cutting. IMO I would run prop/var because i'm not a big fan of winstrol. I'm running sort of the same cycle below with eq, but my var was added during week 5 and running it up to week 13 at 30 mg ed.
