Let's say you were pretty new to the AAS game, but trained hard and heavy for awhile and had a diet that was on point. You were about to do your 2nd real cycle. Knowing what you know now, keeping it within your budget, and looking to gain your true first solid 25lbs for 12 weeks, do pct, rest then a nice cutter which would you do, how much and how long?

"Frontloading" is the practice of doubling the dose of a long estered compound for the first and or the second week.

Example:
Test E 1000mg 1st week
Test E 500mg remaining weeks.

Dbol and Prop are often used to give a cycle a "Kickstart" this is the practice of using a faster acting gear such as dbol or prop while waiting for a longer estered compound to take effect.

If your goal is to gain 25lbs in one cycle:

1-4 Dbol @ 40mg ED
1-14 Test E or Test C @ 600mg EW
1-12 Deca @ 400mg EW
nolva @ 10mg to 20mg ED throughout
anastrozole @ .25mg to .5mg ED throughout
hcg @ 300iu to 500iu EW throughout (if prone to shrinkage)
vit b-6 @ 200mg ED

PCT: clomid & nolva & anastrozole

Eat Eat Eat and then Eat some more.
Drink at least 1 gallon of water ED

This is a lot of gear for a second cycle IMO and of course I cannot guarantee you'll gain the desired 25lbs. That depends on Diet, Training, Rest more that gear.

that's a good cycle i believe, except i'd do the HCG every 5th day.
