Any help with my test levels?

Ok guys I went to my doc. and got a bunch of test done. He said my liver profiles are good but he is concerned about my test levels. Here they are:

total test: 383
free test: 9.5 (L)
free % test: 0.2

He called me back in on monday to do more testing. I have never done any aas but have been thinking about it. If I can get hooked up through my doc how much test should I bee taking?

Is there a level where you know how much test is in your body then you add so much or just run like 500mg a week of test?

BTW I'm 34

I'm sure you read that the std dose for a 1st cycle is 400 - 500 mg / week of test e / test c split into 2 injections (mon / thu). I just went thru Oasis and my total test levels checked out at 745. They prescribed me 400 ml / week.

So my test levels are lower than yours? Are you doing test e only for how long? How often do you have to get rechecked and then will they only perscribe a lower test amount for you?
