I have a very active life style. I burn off more calories than I can take in. I am 6'1"-205 lift 4 time a week. As of nowits all natural, Becides the waste of $ supplements. Im thinking about taking orals. Any suggestions?

dbols will make you bloated and give you a lot of strength quickly, you should consider doing a lil bit of deca like once every 5 days along with it, bro youll def be pleased.

weeks 1-12 Test E @ 500mgs a week
weeks 1-4 Dbol 30-40 mgs a day

don't waste your time and $ with orals only. I have tried it and it was exactly that, a waste of time. If you don't want to do orals for any reason, than forget about gear.
Is there an ideal age when one might consider these alternatives? Im looking to gain and keep it.

The only concern is if you've stopped growing, if your growth plates have set yet. if not than gear will do it for you and you will never grow another inch. I think most people think 21-23. But i am also not a docter. Maybe you should talk with one.

well keep doing research on how to cycle properly. A good first cycle is 400-500 mg/wk of test e for 10-12 weeks followed by proper PCT. You could even use dbol for the first 4 weeks to help kick start the cycle, but this is optional
I am already a very aggressive person, short fuse @ times. Played Rugby for 7+ years. I can be rather rough @ times. Ive heard you can have heavy mood swings, or fits at times. Is there a way mello this out or is it a mind set? Count to 10 or somthing.
most people will tell you that roid rage is a myth and I will agree with them. Steroids can make you more aggressive, but you just need to learn how to control your temper. Either youre an ass hole or youre not, people just use steroids as a scape goat.Quote:
