    B12?

    first off, thanks for helping me out with all my other questions bros... but Ive also been researching b12 and just wanted to ask if anyone knew what b12's shelf life is? looked around and cant find the answer... thanks again bros!

    how often should you take the ar-r b12? it is 1000mcg.....just wondering becasue i have 500mcg pills....but i think eating them will get expensive
