stuck my shoulder for the first time....

the pain is horrible. its been 2 days and i cant sleep cause of the pain, havent been able to workout. i can barely wipe my butt or pick my nose. i had a buddy do it and he claims hes never had any pain. im pretty close to goin to the doctor, although im sure he cant do much. anyone have pain relief methods? shot was 300mg of Test, 25g 5/8

yeah I have felt that same pain. For some reason it always really hurts in my delts. Unless there is redness, heat, or inflamation, don't go to the docter just yet. Give it a few days, thats the only pain relief method that I use.

What type of test? Delt don't hurt, but if you used prop test, it's suppose to hurt like hell

dude prop hurts like a biatch especially in the shoulder 90% of the time my shoulders always hurt for 2-3 days with test prop

try cutting your prop man, i had teh same problem too
I cut it with tren and couldnt feel a THING- also ordering sterile sesame oil or something to dilute is supposed to work wonders.

everyone says massage before and after blah blah blah- prop hurts no matter how hard u massage imo
