    clen...heart friendly or no...?

I have read all the studies and in my opinion the doses where they observed damage to the cardiac muscle was way...way higher than a human being would ever run it......

    What do you guys think....?

I am looking for something to be nice and anti-catabolic at the end.

good stuff... there are risks associated with its use. Go slow and make sure you see how your body reacts...

I have used before. I didn't have taurine the first couple of days....big mistake.

I was just wondering about the supposed long term effects on the old pumper muscle.

i built up to 120 mcgs the first week and i ended up w/ a resting heart rate of 120 beats/minute. I decided to stop taking it b/c a heart rate that high isnt good for the heart

on the contrary... i've had great success thus far. I'm on my 3rd week... i've dropped 6 pounds thus far and 2% BF. I'm on 180mcg ED and my resting heart rate is 84bpm.

To me that is very acceptable and more than adequate.

clen haters and lovers abound on this board. I still would use it over DNP but I don't want to get SV-1 panties in a bunch.

    I like my eyesight.

I was to embarrassed to ask so I wrote it down to look it up!
As said by others, everyone has mixed feelings about it and I didn't find any weight loss with it at all and i followed "hookers profile".

NO CLEN is NOT heart friendly, no matter how you take it.

I appreciate the input but what do you base this assertion on...? All the data I have seen says that clen is only approaching being injurious at does above 1mcg/lb. That is way more than most will ever run and some studies I have read have it near the 1mg mark and higher.

I dont think its good for the heart, but it's so hard to stay away from the stuff because it works so damn good. As hard as it is, I just dont take it above 100mcg/day now. I think you can still get pretty good results on that dosage, especially with a decent amount of cardio.

Well I dont have any studies to show you but from my experience with clen I wont be running it again.

Yes, it was effective for me, howeve I was also doing cardio 2x/day and ran it with T3. After 4 cycles of it (went up to about 120mcg) I know get chest pain if I go on it again, even a low dose. So no it's not worth it for me, there are other, safer ways to lose fat.

true, the majority of studies out there have utilized supraphysiological doses of clen , but something of note, i doubt anyone here can say just how healthy their heart is, or what genetic predispositions they may or may not have to cardiac stress or certain medications...the fact is, clen at high doses is proven to negatively affect the cardiac muscle, and with many, MANY more safer and just as effective alternatives out there (including cardio and strict dieting), i would definitely steer clear of the stuff...JMO

It's not based on any study...but I'm about 99.9% sure that clen isn't friendly to the heart. It may not hurt it at lower doses, but it damn sure aint friendly. I also know 2 people who have had heart attacks while taking
clen at moderate dosages, and they were both younger than 25.
