    Few questions ?

    Rite ....


    few questions like

    new to the site like so hi to everyone

    im not decided weather to go on steriods yet but i just want a lil bit of info like

    my weight now is 12 stone and im aiming to get to about 14-15 stone

    and just wanting to know wat steriod i shud be aiming to purchase to get me to it and how often i shud start goin the gym and doing workouts i go the gym at least 3 times a wk at the moment

    any body got any tips or advice for me ?

    First off welcome to the site. I hope you will educate yourself as best you can with the endless amounts on info avaliable to you on this site. I have a couple questions for you about your post...
    1) What is a stone?
    2) How old are you? You didn't say in your profile. What are your stats? Yrs training?
    3) Your main conern, IMHO, would be to grind at it naturally for the next few years, depending on your age. Diet and training will get you very far alone.

    im 20 ive bin training for about 2 yrs

    im 6 ft

    but i just cannot seem to put weight on normally and i eat like a horse

    i wanna put on at least 28 pounds and not sure about wich steriod or steriod alternative i shud be using

    What does a regular day of eating look like from the point you wake up and go to bed?

    from when i wake up

    usually have a breakfast

    sausages,bacon,eggs,beans,toast

    then cerial after

    for lunch usually have like half achicken with rice potatoes( big portions )

    then il snack through the day till about 4 eating sandwiches roast beef etc ..

    then usually ribs or steak with salad and fires or alternative for main meal

    between this drinking about 3-4 pints of water a day plus 2 protien drinks one in morning and night

    i just seem to not be able to gain any weight im toned and i just ant to go bigger but it seems imposible

    then il have a soup or somnething to settle my stomach b4 going to bed

    Honeslty the diet could use some help...

    Its not as bad as i have seen but it could look A LOT better..Check out the diet forum later tonight.

    Anyways if i were you i would do
    Test E 500mg wk 1-10
    Nolva
    PCT

    **you could also throw in Dbol wk1-4 at 30mg ED. I'm not a big fan of Dbol but it serves its purpose (kickstarting your cycle)
