sausages,bacon,eggs,beans,toast
then cerial after
for lunch usually have like half achicken with rice potatoes( big portions )
then il snack through the day till about 4 eating sandwiches roast beef etc ..
then usually ribs or steak with salad and fires or alternative for main meal
between this drinking about 3-4 pints of water a day plus 2 protien drinks one in morning and night
i just seem to not be able to gain any weight im toned and i just ant to go bigger but it seems imposible
then il have a soup or somnething to settle my stomach b4 going to bed
