    expectations?

    im 20 5,10, 170 with 1% body fat

    my cyc is , test/bols for 10 weeks, (bols 4weeks)

    what kind of expectations should i get with 170 pound frame good genetics, 1% body fat and defeintion coming out of every possible muscle fiber. will this bloat and bulk me and then i have to get ripped again?
    i should mention i have a high motobolizm

    1% bf you would be dead.

    at the age of 20 you should not be running gear.

    d-bol and test would give you 15 or so pounds. if your running a anti-e you will not get bloat.

    u will not get bloat if u run anti-e's, but u will gain fat from a bulking cycle which u will have to burn off after if u do not want fat

    edit: gsxxr i think u could gain a lot more than 15 pounds, ive gone from 185-215 on my cycle which was just like this except i added about 4 weeks, just depends how he diets of course tho

    hmm id be dead eh, honestly i dont have any fat what soever, what would my fat% then? i dont have the measuring gear on hand.


    15 kilos? in 10 weeks?

    how bloated will i get without novla during the cyc?



    ur right i shouldnt be taking gear, but i am a compettive hockey player, i have to sacrafice here n there, I appreciate ur helps/knowledge thanks.

    lol i dont think i have much fat on me but im 10% bf, and he said 15 POUNDS not kilos big dif. there , also tha bloat will go away after cycle, but u shouldnt run gear until u add some weight naturaly, u can gain easily

    also i used to be a hockey player my self, weight was never an issue unless u just like to check people, skill will get u farther than strength in hockey, fball is a dif. story, if u can run over someone u will sack tha qb every play

    but u can gain naturally, just look at tha diet forum

    15 pounds after pct on a hard gainer would be great.

    Is impossible to have 1% BF. I dont look fat and I have 17% BF. How in the world you measure your fat.

    Ill have to get some measurments done to check my current fat%, as for my miss-spelling yall laugh it up

    as for gaining weight naturally i was 135 pounds a year ago. i trained hard and ncreased my intake. as for skill ive always been tearin it since i was 6, i play junior a in canada, (Junior A-WHL-AHL-NHL)
    so thx for bashing my skills, mostly i was i scouted by the calgary hitman (WHL) but at 145 i was too *Small* to play even tho i had 45 goals/38 assissts that season. Which really pissed me off.
    but as for gear ive always been a skinny flat chested ripped mofo, i started working out and put on about 40 pounds natural, lookin good and strong, I have been wanting to get better quicker gains, to give me that edge like any other athlete. And it just so happens my close buddy has the ug hookup so i got my shat, startin on monday.


    should i split injections mon/thurs? 250 each? (testen)
