Which is better to run for 8- 10 weeks shooting EOD, Prop or Sust ?
prop. sust has esters in it that will take about 4 weeks to kickin fully. 10 weeks would be a minimum if you wanted to run sust IMHO. Also I would reccomend shooting the prop ed instead of eod. This will help keep blood hormone levels even and thus less sides you'll have to deal with.
Prop = pain + gain. Hehe, got love this self administered bee stings. Prop is great gains with less water retention.
