I would suggest doing at least 500 mgs a week, and shooting it at least twice a week, every other day is what they will tell you on this board, but with only 500mg's twice a week will be fine.
as far as your gains it depends on a number of things. As long as you eat enough you will gain. If you not gaining as much as you want , eat more.

i had similaradvice off some 250lb guy..he said he took one every 10 days.but i knew he was bullin me..but i thought why lie.
You should shoot it ed or eod to keep your blood levels stable.

I took 250 mg every 10 days and got GREAT results. Didn`t gain all that much weight, about 6-7 lbs, but my strength increased greatly.
