    fasting and cycleing !

    hi all ..

    in october im ganna be fasting 13 - 12 ours a day (4am to 6pm) for a month i know that there is no usefull of staking or cycleing bulking stuff , but can i run cytomel /T3 and lenbuterol to loos fat during that time ?

    i wouldnt run anything, ull be losing a lot of fat/muscle from not eating during those hours

    actualy i used to fast evey year and in the end of the month i gain much kg's about 4 -5 dont ask me how !! .. i guess coz we use to have lots of food kinds,and lots of home made sweets

    actualy im looking for loosing 6-10 kg thats y i was thinking of hitting t3 and clen cycle

    dont eat anything for sarrie... have like a bunch of water.. for sarrie.. for iftar, eat as much as u can.. u wont be able to eat cuz of the fasting.. i did that and i lost a good 15 pounds.
