you should run the test at 500mg week and you can do the deca at 300mg or 400mg. make sure you run the test 1 week longer then the deca. also with deca you need to run 200mg of b-6 day.

Bro,I would up the test to 500mg ew,and save the deca for a later cycle.
This being your first cycle,you should see great gains from the test.only.You want to know how your body reacts from the test so you can gauge later cycles.
