i think your gains are best measured after ur pct, seeing ur body with no gear in it, and how it handles the extra weight. Defiently agree with strength increase, althought gains are mostly related to ur "size" increase.

i don't even think weight is an issue in a cycle say someone 5'5 and 6'5 it's going to be easy for the taller person to put on more weight.

i would go on the way you look but that's just me and i'am a short arse

on this site after cycle i give how much i weigh just b/c everyone else does, i dont really care how i look b/c well..i like to go by this quote

"we dont lift for looks around here, we lift for strength"

when i get on cycle im usually aiming at a strength goal, but tha extra weight is a plus

My whole cycle i haven't checked my weight,b/f,measurments...

The only way i know is by looking in the mirror.

Ive got a couple friends who are just as strong benching 395 @ 21 natural. Good Genetics!!! Seems most people want to gear up to increase size not strength. Myself i like to stay inshape and feel good about myself. Size is good too much is bad-- my opinion

why do short people think its easier for taller people to put on size im 6'2" and im not complaining about my height because i definately dont want to be shorter.but for me to get to 292,it wasn't easy.and im not as big as id like to be...315 is now my goal.but if i were 5'8" i would look so much bigger at 220lbs...
weight is just one way to measure progress..mirror,pictures and trying to wipe your a$$ are just other ways..i cant even wash the back of my neck,my wife has to do it

but like you said in your other post if you where 5'8" you would look a lot bigger at 220lbs than 6'2" at 292

or i'am i just reading this wrong

so even your saying weight and size arent the same thing

    WHAT??

dont matter if your 5' or 6'...you have a begining weight and you have a finish weight....20lbs is 20lbs...doesnt matter if your 220 or 320...you still put on 20lbs which means you gained size somewhere..20 lbs on a smaller frame is obviously gonna be a more dramatic change then that on a bigger frame.but they both still put size on

well that's what i'am saying yes you have a bigining weight and a finish weight. And if someone who was 5 foot put on 20 pound and someone who was 6 foot put on 20 pound and like you said it's going to be a more dramtic change.

so size dose not = weight if your talking about two people with diffrent height's
