In the above thread it is obvious that Clen cycles should not include intermittent weeks off. Also apparent is that, as has been my experience, it is fine to run ECA concurrently (as additional workout energy is often necessary). Furthermore, Mesomorphyl seems to have defined the Clen ceiling as significantly lower than his attempted 220mcg plateau which resulted in substantial discomfort (“…muscle soreness and chewing problems starting in week 4 continued into 5…”). Additionally, it is implied that regardless of the presence or absence of symptoms during the administration of Benadryl in 3rd weeks, both it and Clen are still performing their respective functions. Lastly, the most prominent information is rendered by Hooker regarding ending the Clen cycle. He clearly delineates that they should not have predefined endings in his response to the following question:
So when would you taper off?

·There is NO reason to shortcurcuit a Clen cycle with off weeks
·Running ECA with Clen is fine (as the ECA kick is greater)
·Clen cycle peak should PROBABLY not exceed 180mcgs
·Benadryl every 3rd week DOES refresh receptors
·Don’t predetermine this cycle, run it until you’ve reached your cycle goal.
