Thread: Need opinions

i'm 5'10'', 170lbs. i was just curious what kinda stats you guys think i should be putting up (bench, squat, and etc). for example when i do shoulder press w/ dumbells i can do the 75's 10x on my 3rd or 4th set...this good or should i be able to do more? also what would you guys would be a good size for my arms...i know i dont got the genes to get 18" bi's .keep in mind that i am asian and i'm i'm trying to do my best with what i've got.

heres my stats i weigh 190lbs 5'10" i bench a clean 275 10reps, squat 350 cant do more because i have a bad quad muscle from playing football & i deadlift about 305... what r your 3 stats?? it takes a while to get strong i went from being 130lbs scrawny in 3 years of eatings & working out then other stuff on the side

im 6'1 215 14 bf% i can only bench 260x8, squats maybe 275x6, deadlifts i usually work up too 240 or so. shoulder press. with dumbells 85's i started lifting about 4 years ago. 6'1 140, i put on a good 50-60 lbs naturally. and then 10-15 on juice.
ive got size, i know im not huge or anything, my strength i consider to be poop. it doesnt really matter how much you can bench, i know alot of guys who cant hit over 300 and they have great bodies.
heres the big idea for me. no matter what i do. my form has to be good. and its all me. i dont like spotters helping me. to me, if i cant do it bymyself, it didnt count. and i dont use any aides for grip, its either my grip or nothing! i rarely use a weight belt, only when i up the squats above 250.
