    clen/T3 cycle

    How long should I wait to do another cycle...1st cycle ended Aug 2

    Got my weight from 219 to 178 lbs currently.......busted my ass and still busting my ass...6-7 days a week 65 mins of cardio and 45 min of weights..
    Diet is clean....Almost there 10- 15 lbs a way......Thanks for any suggestions

    You need more details posted and only you can know your body, but I will say T3 is very powerful stuff and deserves both respect and considerable off-time or you may permanently **** up your thyroid.

    Please give us some info on what dosages & amount of time you cycled. I am going to do a round this fall & would like to know the specifics of your cycle. Nice job with the weight loss.

    5'7' (30) current 178) 219lbs in May 2005 started cycle june21st 5 weeks
    started cycel 60/40 clen /t3 --->ended aug 2

    So your saying you ran 60 mcg clen ED and 40 mcg Ed T3?Am I reading that right?

    You can start again now if you wish, there is really no set "off time" from Clen or T3.

    For clen,I'll agree with you on that.It depends on what dose T3 he was running.If in fact it was 40 mcg.He could run that for quite some time.

    Really there is no set "off time" for T3 either. I've never seen proof that staying on T3 for a long time will eventually hurt your thyroid or shut it down permanently. Read the T3 profile written by hooker, it explains a lot about this.

    Thanks.I will.It's probably the only thing I haven't read about T3 so far.

    guys, I really appreciate it...I have become so damn obssesed with this ripped to shreds mission that I still find myself overweight fat slob....

    I think I ended my cycle last three weeks taking clen up to 140/ t3 60
    and taking benedyl every 3rdweek
