    Week 12 of Sust+Deca - Should i still be holding a lot of water ?

    On week 12 now of sust and deca , also run dbol for 4-5 weeks at the start, im not sure weather im holding a lot of water or not and i know everyones different but on average, this far through should most of my water be gone ?

    Test and deca are the kings when it comes to mass building. If u didn't want the water u should have used an anti e.

    Even with an anti e your going to get the water w/ sus and deca . However most of that has to do with your diet and sodium intake. If your eating alot of calories or sodium its magnified

    true true. And when you're trying to put on size you want some water weight. I think too many guys are going over board with anti e's.
